invoice description disappears

When we print an invoice in Peachtree Complete Accounting 7.0, the description of one of the line items, maybe the 2nd or 3rd down, will not print. The part number prints, the price prints, just not the description.

Any suggestions?

Let us know exactly what version of Peachtree you're using by choosing Help, and About. It should be 7.0.3 or something to that effect. Also, what operating system are you using? Finally, since you posted several printing questions, what printer are you printing to? The more specific details you can provide, the better your chances of getting a resolution through this forum.

We are using Peachtree Complete Accounting version 7.0.05.109. My computer has Windows NT 4.0 Workstation and her computer has Windows 98 2nd Edition. Our printer is a Lexmark Optra S 1855 laser printer.
