My bank uses .csv and peachtree doesn't! help!

I have one bank that uses .csv to export the bank statements. Peachtree does not recognize this format. I thought I could export from my bank the csv file then find a utility to convert csv to either ofx or qif.

I keep downloading utilities but none of them have worked yet.

Any suggestions? thanks!
