Inventory cores

When we sell a rebuilt part we expext a core/the old part back. Is there any way in Peachtree to track this. I would like a flag to go up if a core is not returned in 60 days.

Also, all of are inventory is non-stock as we do not use the any inventory feactures of Peachtree.

We have used PawCom in a custom application to handle return of cores. I assume the issue is crediting the customer for the core and that you do not put the cores back in (non)stock unless you rebuild them.

Custom applications allow you to develop add-on functionality that is not provided by the Peachtree application itself. I would think it would be very easy to raise an alarm if a core is not returned in 60 days. You could keep the information about returns externally or perhaps determine someplace within the Peachtree database to store the information.
