I purchased Complete 2002 58 days ago. Due to lack of service I decided to return the product about 6 weeks after purchase but have not been able to get around to it (I've been working 13+ hour days for the past 5 months) I've finally set aside some time but Peachtree does not take calls on Sat. & Sun.
Does anyone know what the procedure to return the product is? Do I have to have it post-dated? Is there a number I have to call? I'd really appreciate some help since I don't have much time left and from my experience so far with there service I doubt Peachtree will allow me to return it at 61 days.

The main number for Peachtree is 770-724-4000. I doubt that they're going to squeeze you on this due to just 1 day. An alternative to your situation is to let the forum know what your issues are...we can most likely resolve them for you.
I can say from experience that Peachtree's technical support is sometimes spotty, but in other cases it can be very good. Poor technical support is an unfortunate reality these days, which is why user-to-user groups blossom. I often have issues with Microsoft products. I wouldn't think of trying to contact them directly, but I also can't return their products because my livelihood is inextricably linked. But, I can generally go on the web and find help from other users.
In any case, I'm not defending poor technical support...just trying to offer a different perspective on your situation, for what it's worth.
Thanks for the advice. However, during the time I was steaming over how poor the technical support was I went ahead and decided to do some research on custom programs. I've gotten some great info from a business associate about "proprietary?" (don't quite know if that's the correct term) programs so I've decided to go that route. Thank you anyways.
