Costing spares to vehicles

Hi all,

I have just installed Peachtree for COnstruction in our company and needed some assisstance. Lets say I have heavy duty machineries, trucks, vehicles and I issue spares from stock to them for maintenance and repairs, do I classify these vehicles as a Job or is there any other form? I will need this cost to be able to determine at the end of each month how much was spent on a particular vehicle.

Your proposal to setup each vehicle as a Job will work. When issuing parts from Inventory, you could use Tasks-Inventory Adjustments while referencing the Job (vehicle).
