Hi, used to be so easy to enter the budget, purchased the version 07 premium accounting and have been regretting it ever since. I can no longer enter the total amount for each account and allocate for the 12 months , have to enter each one month by month, takes for ever. also the date is driving me nuts, I am in Australia and we have the day/month the other way around and I can not change it. I am serioustly thinking about re installing the previous version ( complete 05), would that cause problem?

That does look awkward. Yuck.
what I usually do is to import the budget that I have in excel. Export the chart of account: account, description, type, budget months for current year with column headers to a csv file. Then I add the monthly budget and import that file back into Peachtree. A lot faster than typing each number.

I've found that the new method does cause more work.
