Question Mark(???) Figure In my GL report

Some figures in my GL report appeared to be question mark(???).

Can someone help me. :D

The presence of ????? suggests that the data field width is insufficiently wide enough to display the full value, hence it displays ????.

Select te financial form and then click on the DESIGN button following which you will right click on Columns and properties. Adjust the each of the respective column widths to a larger and appropriate value. Click on Save Icon and provide a new and unique report name.

Thanks for the tips, but I tried it making the size of my column to max width which is 99 but still that ??? was still there. I also found out that in my GL setting the maximum value in each field was 999,999,999.99 and the data that we have was exceeded that amount. I guess changing that value to 3 more signicant digit might correct this problem. But I dont know how to do it.

Try suppress the last two digits of the displayed values ie. 999,999,999 versus 999,999,999.99.

Go back to design and use the feature labeled "Rounding". As well set the Maintian-Defaults-General Ledger to allow Rounding.
