Payroll error

I am using Complete 8.0 and if I print all employees paychecks at the same time I don't have a problem, but if I print just one paycheck as soon as I click on print it shows "Peachw caused an exception 10H in module Peachw.exe etc......" When I go back into Peachtree and create and print the check again it will work. But if I try to print one another single paycheck after that, it does the same thing again. I can eventually create and print all checks by going back into Peachtree over and over, but it is very time consuming and annoying!
Any help would be appreciated.
(It started after installing the Jan 2002 tax service update)

I have seen a similar problem, although it has been a few years and I think the problem was in 7.0. I can think of three possible fixes. The first - do you have the right printer driver installed? Is it the right printer for your OS?

Second - Are you sure you have all the updates for your version. If not, try installing any updates.

Third - Uninstall and re-install Peachtree and then the Payroll updates.
