2nd page for PO forms

Hi all please advise if this is possible

We would like to have printed on or PO Terms and Conditions, these may be several paragraphs long, is it possible to have the PO print out 2 pages with the 2nd page being the standard boiler plate language which we would type in using a text box. I sort understand how to set that up but really asking can the PO be two pages and print 2 pages.

I hope I am asking this right
