New company setup - Food Cart

Hi, I need help on setting up a new company in Peachtree for a food cart/ food vendor. Inventory, Sales, Costing, Reports.....etc. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm using Peachtree Complete 2005, I will be using inventory to track food items (hot dogs, condiments, beverages, snacks, chips, candies, etc.) My main concern is how do I handle the inventory for this.

This is a start-up company, still waiting for loan approval, equipment, supplies, etc.
I'm trying to prepare myself for what's ahead. I'm actually using the sample company and asking questions as I go. Is that ok?
