Single Job/Phase/Cost Code Entry

We generally order via POs with the same job/phase/cost code for every line item. Is there any way to only select this once for the entire PO (besides cut/paste) that will post the entire PO to the same job/phase/cost code?

You must define the Job/Phase/Cost Code to each line by design. There is no work around short of defining the complete expense on one line.
