Error Code 20102

HI, WE ARE UNABLE TO OPEN PEACHTREE ON ANY OF OUR COMPUTERS--WE ARE RECEIVING THE ERROR CODE "20102--35 IN FILE". ANY IDEAS WHAT IS GOING ON?

- What version of Peachtree?

- It sounds like you have a network installation, and your local machines have gotten disconnected from the server. Check your drive mappings.

- If that doesn't resolve it, provide as many specifics as possible, including operating system, and the exact wording of the error message. Peachtree has a File System Error 35, but I don't recall ever seeing an error 20102. The more information that you can provide in your forum posting, the better chance you have at getting a free answer.
