Change orders to existing jobs

I'm using the job feature in Peachtree V 8.0 for an engineering firm. Does anyone know the best way to enter change orders to the original job? Would like to keep the change orders within the main job number so we can keep track of the entire job including any change orders but I can't see the best way to do this.

Or, should I be using some other feature in Peachtree to track the income and costs for each project?

Are you using phases? Seems like a change order phase would be the best way to isolate such transactions.
