Dedection from Regular

Hi All,
is there anyway to make the dedection from the regular pay and not from the gross pay, as in our area they are making the dedection from the regular without the overtime, bounes or any special payments for the employee.

We need more information on how you are defining a deduction (fixed amount or percentage) that is to be applied only to Regular earnings versus overtime, bonus etc. Do taxes need to be considered based on this deduction? More details are required in order to allow a proper response.

Dedection is by percentage, that's the employee will give say 4% from his Basic salary or regular before adding overtime or any other amount and the employer will give 12%. No Tax is applied in our area, so tax is not in consideration.
