Invoices not posted when printed

When printing invoices, we are finding that all invoices are not posted correctly. All items are printing and show via paperwork that everything is OK, inventory is deleted and everything appears OK. We are finding that some of the invoices do not post, and these that do not post are not deleting inventory. What are we doing wrong?

Most likely your Peachtree data is corrupted. What version of Peachtree? What operating sytem? Is this machine on a network? Did it just start occurring? Are you receiving any error messages?

This is not normal behavior for the software, so the more information you can provide, the better chance you have of getting a free answer from this forum.
