Good Day.. I am using PeachTree Complete Manufacturing Accounting System 2004....
Anybody knows why some of the Work tickets i created cannot be found again whenever i would like to update or closing it. I followed the procedure of work ticket update as stated in the help section. Please help!!! im going crazy about this problem... i would like to know why so that we will not lose the work ticket data again ... any corrective and preventive actions need to be done please advise me... thank you very much!;)

Work tickets in release 2004? Check the version again. Where are you lokking for these work tickets? Are you using a report or list? What is the date range you are using? Are you filtering for only new tickets?

Tom: Actually Peachtree Premium Accounting for Manufacturers 2004 was where worktickets were introduced.

Joshag: On the Work Tickets form select Open and under Show select "All transactions". It is possible that the transactions you are looking for are in a different period. If you don't see them there, run the free Data Checker available on this website to see if you have damaged work ticket data.
