Paper source on form

I am running complete accounting v 7. I have created a customized form that I want to print out of the manual feed tray on my printer. I have specified that in the design of my form and saved it, but once I save and go back, the paper source is back to "Automatically Select". Any ideas?

What's the printer and the driver you're using? Are you printing to a shared network printer?

It is a HP 5si on a Nt network with Windows xp on the desktop.

I can think of 2 possibilities:

1) User right problem - if you're using a network printer, your system administrator may not grant you the right to permanently change printer's settings. Consult the administrator.

2) Driver problem - check hp's site to see if there's an updated driver, download and update your current driver.

Besides, make sure you've applied the patches to Peachtree 7.0.03 or 7.0.04. You can found it under Peachtree's product update.
