Am I a Vendor?

I am using PCW 2008 and write myself several Draw checks a month. Should I set myself up as a Vendor to make the check writing simpler. Or, will this complicate things later on?

Setting yourself up as a vendor won't cause any problems.

Make sure that you don't specify in that you are an Independent contractor in the 1099 settings.
