Using Accounting Rel 4.0 with XP

When I try to open our company data, I get an error message that i must have an updated version of the program. Is there a "conversion--patch" somewhere that I can use?

Version 4 is woefully out of date. It appears that you installed a patch in the past. If you can't locate the disks for that patch, you'll have to upgrade to a later version, because Peachtree only offers support for version 7 and later. That means that earlier patches are no longer available on their web site.
