Hello all. I'm trying to make an excel sheet for my boss showing the company's highest paying customer and I'm running into a snag. The sales history is not matching the income that was showing on the operating report. I think that it's because some of our customers are tax exempt and its adding the tax into the equation. Is there a way that I can unselect sales tax when creating the sales history report so the numbers only show the actual income and not the sales tax?? Thanks in advance!!!

The answer to your question is NO in that Peachtree does not offer the feature to exclude secondary billing items such Sales Tax and Freight. You would have to create the desired report using Crystal Reports.

Thanks for the info!! I'm new to Peachtree but I have used Quickbooks for about 5 years and there are a lot of similarities. I just have to learn the small things.;)

You can also send the sales journal to excel and then sort by account and get rid of everything that's not revenue and then sort and subtotal by customer.
Or do a pivot table if you know how to do that.
