We are in Property Magt Business and using Peachtree Pro 2007 accounting software. We have the following questions:
1. How can we create monthly Automatic Invoices for our tenants every month.
2. What is the function of Recur (button) in customer/sales/invoice menu.

Please solve my questions.

The Recur feature allow you to repeat a transaction at a specified frequency (ie monthly) for a specific number of times or optionally indefinitely. Use Peachtree's HELP and search on the work RECUR for more info.

Broadcast Invoices using filter criteria including Customer types is a new feature added in Peachtree 2008 Premium series. Using this feature, you can add a new invoice and then send it to a large volume of customers by clicking one icon. You could even use a memorized Invoice Template if the invoice layout should be complex.
