Excel Function In Peachtree

Hi,

Anyone know how to activate excel function for other software say Staroffice or Lotus 123.

We are using lotus 123 and Staroffice for some of our computer. The excel function will be block and we are not able to use it to convert file to excel format.

Please help or assist.

P.C.A version 7/8 ported on XP does not activate the Excel button, Good old MS changes the path with every new upgrade. A post from Xavier on this MB gives directions how to change the registery for the above problem. Sucessfull. This could help you in some direction. If Xavier(registery fix) is reading he'd reply....are you listening brother?

I would be glad to post the registry fix for using Excel 2002 (XP) with PCAW 7/8. But, that will not solve your problem.

If I undestand you correctly you want to use the excel button in Peachtree to use it with a program similar to excel (but not excel). I don't know how to do that, I think you are better off just buying a copy of Excel and helping Uncle Bill to become a Trillionare.

Or, maybe someone in this forum could help you better.
