Btrieve Error

I am running Windows Xp and i am unable to open my Peachtree complete acounting. Everytime i attempt to open it, i receive an error message: "Max communication buffer size parameter of 16384 is < 64512. Please correct and restart."

I need help correcting this problem!!!

Quoted from the Peachtree Knowledge Base:

"This error can occur if you have ever installed another program that uses Btrieve, and that program sets the Max Communication Buffer lower than Peachtree's required minimum value.

To correct this, you will need to download and install the Rel7Reg.reg Registry update file. To download this file go to http://www.peachtree.com/html/updates_available.cfm

Users of Version 8 of Peachtree Accounting, Peachtree First Accounting or Peachtree Complete Accounting (Windows version) should use this update file as well."
