Company.dat - Access denied

I am receiving an error when trying to change the information under "Maintain Company Information". I am using a Win2000 server, but even running peachtree on the server, logged in as Administrator, I get a message saying "Access Denied for file \peachw\company.dat. You only have read access to the file, no updates allowed." I have other companies that work fine, but this one won't let me change company info? I looked at the properties for the file company.dat and the permissions look OK.

Anybody have any suggestions/help.

If you're familiar with the Intergrity Check, I'd reindex the Company file. Be sure to back up your company before you do so, though.
