Must PPA 2008 be installed on the C:\ drive

I am having difficulty installing Peachtree Premium Accountant's Edition on a drive other than c:\. I want to use G:\ which is a separate hard drive on one of my workstations. It is not acting as the file server. The file server works as well as a laptop connection.

Peachtree must be installed on a local physical hard drive and not a logical drive. Pervasive Software insists on installing on C:\drive in a folder lableed C:\PVSW and this cannot be altered. These rules stand regardless of the computer acting as a workstation, host computer or server.

That's what I thought about PVSW too, but a few days ago I reinstalled Peachtree on a computer with the system on G: and it put PVSW there instead of C:.
