Picklist Report

Just installed and poking around in 2008 Distribution. When I go to print out a Picklist Report, the "Qty on Hand" column shows an amount on the "Total" line, not any of the lines above it (line items.) I had to sort by Item ID just to get this number to show in "Total."

What is the best way to communicate this problem to Peachtree, or even resolve it if possible?

Peachtree has just released its second 2008 update labeled SR2 (Service Release). Go into Peachtree and click on SERVICES - Check for Updates.

Been trying for the past 6 hours to access SR2. Every message says there's "no updates available at this time."

Peachtree released SR2 for Peachtree 2008 last Thursday and before the day was done, pulled the update from the web. Seemingly, they discovered a problem with the update (www.peachtree.com/html/updates_available.chm). At this time, I do not know of a new date for the re-release of SR2, but would expect it to be soon.

I was talking to tech support yesterday and he said SR-3 (which would include the SR-2 fixes) should be released in early October.
