Vacation accrual

I am trying to calculate a vacation accrual. The employee earns .019
hours for each regular hour they work to a maximum of 40 hours per
week. So, if they work 40 hours, they earn .76 hours; if they work 32
hours, they earn .61 hours. If they work 60 hours, they still
earn .76 hours. I have the calculation correct but I cannot figure
out how to get the maximum hours in. My formula is
ANSWER=REGULAR*EMP_SPECIAL1_NUMBER/100. I have tried MAX_LIMIT 40 but it doesn't seem to work.

Any help would be appreciated.
