View Full Version : Do not see custom forms after re-install

We are currently running Peachtree Complete 2006 on a network. We just put a new hard drive in a computer and loaded Peachtree 2006. We see the custom templates but not the custom forms. What am I missing?

Do you still have access to the Forms folder from the prior installation? You can copy it into the Company folder of the new install. The custom forms have names that end in 0000, 0001, 0002, etc. The peachtree standard forms all end in 1xxx

You can use a previous Peachtree data backup and restore ONLY "Custom Forms" versus data. This is an option that is presented during the RESTORE process.
Ideally, you would make a current data backup and then restore the custom forms only using an older backup.

The problem is solved. We checked the .ini file and changed the path to look to the proper folder on the server.
