Printing Checks Over!!

On occasion the printer will pick up two checks instead of one causing the numbers to be incorrect when printing a batch of checks. If this happens it is a pain to say the checks were not printed correctly and print them all again. Is there a way to just reprint the one that was skipped and assign the skipped check number to just that one? THX

You can edit the printed check, removing the incorrectly posted check number and replacing it with the correct check number and then re-SAVE the change. Next time you need to print a check, you will be prompted for the next check number at the time of printing. Here, you can change the starting check number to the desired reference number. You can repeat this process until your check numbers are back in alignment with actual check numbers.
