We are currently trying to set up PeachTree Complete 2002 in a Windows 2000 Japanese translation environment. We were able to run it in one computer, but we were unable to duplicate the process in another computer. We do not know if this is due to the software or may be a hardware or network problem. Anyone who has had experience with installing PeachTree Complete in a Japanese computer environment, please contact me immediately at mcalvoperez@dttguam.com

I tried it before with Peachtree 7 on Japanese Windows, also unsuccessful. I'm not sure if it works for Peachtree 2002. Sometimes installation on Chinese Windows experience problems with date setting to non-Amercian style.( the Amercian date format is MM/DD/YY )

Thanks for your reply. I guess our only way for us to guarantee this will work is to recommend that there is a computer set up with English only platform with PeachTree 2002 installed and used on that computer. What a work-around, too bad.

Japanese version of Windows is no more compatible after Peachtree version 6. I understand that you are under Windows 2000 which is a good new. First of all, set English as a defalt language in Regional Options, restart Windows 2000, then install Peachtree 2002. Now go back to Regional Options, change the default language from English to Japanese. You are now able to use not only Peachtree but also Japanse applications.
