I am using Quantum 2007. I had 2 companies to close. The first closed without problem. The 2nd went to 100% and then froze. There were no error messages. I had to kill Peachtree. I restored the backup made during the close and ran a data verification. It reported no errors. I tried closing again and it froze at 100% again. Any suggestions about what to try next?

I am also on Quantum 2007. I watched the software close until about 52%, and then I left for the day. When I came back the next morning, the status bar was blank, but the same Year End close window was and is showing. It also warns not to cancel the process. If anyone has the answer to this, please reply asap. I am currently on hold (30 minutes & counting with Quantum). Thank you.:confused:
