Can't download new tax tables

After PT finding that my check went into someone else's account, I finally received my 2008 download. Everytime I try to download, it goes for a while, then pops up with:internet connection to PT was lost or timed out. Try later. Go to troubleshooting online update. It just says to keep trying.

I'm running PT 2007 with 2008 updates. I've turned off all firewalls, norton and the update will get to 31% before I receive the message.

Any ideas?????

Go into C:\Program Files\Common files\Peach and find the xxxx14.ini file. Buried in there will be the url for the tax table download for your version of PT. Copy the url to your browser and manually download the file. Then double click on the file to install it.
