Finding "Unposted Journal Entries"

This is my first posting. I'm Using Peachtree Accounting Release 7.0 on Windows 98. Am I in the right forum?

If so, here's the problem: I'm trying to change accounting periods and I get a message: "Warning: Period changed to 12 due to unposted journal entries there."

When I open journal entries for that period and hit Edit, I see no journal entries. But I guess that will only give the posted journal entries. I have no idea what these could be. The Help for Release 7.0 is mighty thin with no search function. Sure would appreciate some guidance.
