Payroll Checks

I am having trouble printing 7in. pre-printed payroll checks on an
Okidata 590 dot matrix printer (WinNT4.0). I have followed the Peachtree proceedure of creating a custom document with print server properties and I am using the form design utility. I get it all tuned in, print the checks, switch jobs for the printer, go back to payroll checks and they don't print properly. This is driving me crazy!

Are you saving the check form with the DM printer and the custom size? What version of PT are you using?

I am saving the form I create and the version is 9.0. I have since discovered that by installing the wide carrige version of my printer I can now see my saved forms under doc. defaults...I have not tested yet because of other duties and higher priorities
