Invoice form not available

I have Peachtree networked on 2 computers. When I installed the software on the second computer, all of the existing invoices were available to choose when printing. I have since created a new invoice and it is not available on the second computer. I have located it in the Peachtree date file with all of the others but it does not show up as an option to print on the second computer. It does on the first. Any suggestions?

If you're using Peachtree Complete 2002, you should be able to find the Peachtree configuration file pcw90.ini* under your Windows directory ( c:\windows or c:\winnt ). Open this ini file and check the statement named "datapath="

If you want to share Peachtree files, one computer will act as "server" and the datapath will be pointing to local drive like:

datapath=c:\peachw

And you'll share this folder to others as e.g. "peachw"

For the other stations, they'll act like "clients" and the datapath should be set to like:

datapath=p:\

( where p drive is mapped to \\server\peachw )

Remarks: If you're not going to do in this way, you've to copy your new forms to every machine.

Thank you Jacky! I changed the ini file to include the folder where the information was stored. I also had to move file status.dat and then reregister. But it all seems to be working great. Thank you so much!
