I received a client's back up disk to perform some clean up, etc. (I have done this numerous times throughout the years with no problems) I made a back up of my work and gave it back to the client. They restored their system with the updated file. According to the client, it looked to restore properly and was stuck on 100%. After several minutes, they clicked the cancel button. Now they can't get into the program. Once started it read "Database Service Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close." Any suggestions on how to fix this problem? Thanks
