Electronically Exporting of W2's Data

I have to export the 499R-2/W-2PR records using eXcel to Treasury Dept of San Juan, PR State in a specified lay out.

I would like to have a recomendation to do this instead of doing practically manually the selection of fields from the employees and yearly salaries excell reports.
