Question below on financial reports

I posted a question below on financial reports and I have no responses. My first thought is that it must be a really stupid question. Or do I have on-line BO? Please advise.

Keep in mind that this forum is staffed entirely by other Peachtree users that volunteer their time to answer questions. If no one has an answer, or if no one wants to type out an answer, you won't get a response. Thanks, and keep up the good work> I appreciate the volunteer nature of the work means that it is hard to get to all the questions, and you have to have some sort of priority.
