Distribute a Template

Hello Experts,

I have exported the data from my application to PeachTree("vendor.CSV").
It contains only necessary fields like vendor id, contact,name, Address-Line one , Address-Line Two.
From Import --> Accounts Payable--> Vendor List--> I changed the Field settings with my necessary fields & save the

template as "venlist" in PeachTree

My clients having Peachtree, they will import the data from my application, So if they directly import the vendor.csv,
then it will show the error, because we will distribute necessary fields only.

So we need to distribute the application along with the Template "venlist" which we created with necessary fields.

How we will take "venlist" template & distribute to our clients?
