Security Settings

We are having a problem with assigning the correct security settings.

What access does someone need to have to be able to convert a memorized quote to a sales invoice?

What access does someone need to be able to save payroll information after we do a labor distribution on a previous payroll?

We don't have those options available because we are posting in real time.

These security settings are not based on your Company listed Posting Method. When you edit a transaction or you select a previously posted transaction, convert a document from an Order to an Invoice etc. you are effectively unposting the entry, regardless of the defined posting method (Batch or Real Time). My response to your original post is valid and stands as the answer to your request.
