can i transfer from single user 06 premium accountants addition to multi user 08 premium without any trouble

You can transfer Peachtree 2006 Premium to Peachtree Premium 2008. The fact that you are using PREMIUM states it all. The Peachtree Accountants Edition - Premium is the same as Peachtree Premium. In this case Premium is Premium, with or without the Accounts Edition prefix.
