Work Station Crashes When Trying to Make Payments

The workstation crashes whenever we try to make payments and I get the following error:


szAppName : peachw.exe szAppVer : 2008.0.3.1823 szModName : hungapp
szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000

The workstation is connected to the server and upon restarting both we are then allowed to update and make payments.

Any Ideas?

PT 2009 Premium crashes when logging into the bill payment log-in within the program prior to transmitting. This happens about 90% of the time.

Did you recently install Peachtree's SR4 update? If so, try installing this file again, starting with the Server. It may be necessary to uninstall and then reinstall the program.

You can try running the Peachtree REPAIR option from the program CD.

Have you tested the Program for problems when accessing one of the sample companies. If the problems do not show then the problem may be limited to your company data files. If the problem does repeat in a sample company then this suggests the Peachtree program or the Windows Environment in which the program is running.
