Selecting info for a report

I am trying to create a Monthly Renewal report in Crystal but for some reason I cannot get the Select Expert to select the correct information. I pull my first criteria, which is Jobs.EndDate is greater than 0/0/0, and everything comes up just fine. Then, I select my next criteria, Jobs.JobIsInactive is false, and it takes out the inactive jobs and some of my active jobs too. If anybody has any insight it would be greatly apreciated.:confused:
