I can not enter password

I am the administrator of our peachtree software. However, I have never used it but am part of the IT department and by default received this honor.

I have added a new user but when she tries to enter her password the password box is disabled.

She has full rights to the application and company. How do I fix this?

Make sure the password it typed correctly. Upper/Lower case would screw it up.

You need to go back in and check to see what her password is, then make she she has it right.
