Financial Report Add Backs

I am trying to get PT to add back certain expense accounts. I took the standard Income Statement, added a detail Row with the expense accounts I want to add back to the income. That works fine but I cannot get the Total row to add these accounts back into the Net Income amount. It will only subtract out the addbacks. Any ideas?

FYI,
I spoke with PT support and they said that there is some underlying code in PT that does not allow an expense account to be added to the Net Income line even if the sign is reversed. At this point there is no way to do this other than exporting to excel and manually calc the NI including add backs.
