How To Copy The Company File?

I copy the company folder to pt but I get this
"unable to determine security privileges.
please retry later. This is probably due to another user temporarily blocking access to criticasl files." I don't know what to do next.

This message states that your Company data files have been damaged / corrupted. You have two choices 1)Restore your last known good data backup 2)Click on the Damaged Data Icon at the top of the screen to have your data professionally repaired.
