PeachTree v13.0 dos state tax rounding

I am stumped. I have v13.0 and when I do payroll and the program takes out the taxes for state I need it to round up. Can anyone help me fix this problem or have any sugestions on how to fix this problem. Thank you for reading and your time.

The program uses the tax tables defined in the IRS Circular E as listed under Annual Tables. The rest of the calculations are hard coded. You can add additional Federal WH via the Employee Files (second screen). So if the employee's FWT is constant, then you could add additional FWT (annual value) to allow the required adjustment that you are seeking.
