I have a restaurant client where employees receive tips. These tips are not paid through their paychecks, so I have set it up accordingly. Taxes are deducted correctly and the 941 prints correctly. My problem is with the Georgia unemployment form. I am a subscriber to the PT forms service, but it will not calculate the GA form correctly. Not only does it deduct the tips from the gross, it then puts the entire gross amount as exempt wages for all employees, even on the 1st qtr! If I print PT's canned "Payroll tax report" it prints with correct information, but the mailable form is where it somehow loses it. Any help would be appreciated!

I guess no one has the answer to this question. Now that it is year end, I find Peacthree shows incorrect information on the 940 form as well. I'm wondering if I have tips set up incorrectly in Peachtree.
