PLEAse help me with my Peachtree Accounting 2002 for Windows XP Pro

I installed a PEACHTREE Accounting 2002 to my Windows XP Pro, now when i click on the peachw.exe a messege tells me, "Peachtree has detected that Microsoft 2000 is installed on your computer and that you are currently logged on with restricted user rights. etc..." then it tells me to to use a Power user or an Administrator. Basically i did that and still the same issue. Please help me...

Look for other software conflicts that may be tripping this error message. Examples of other software confilicts would be Firewalls, including the Windows XP firewall, Anti-Virus software and Anti-Spyware / Malware type programs. These programs can interfere with the installation of Peachtree Software.
