Sharing Data/Opening Company

I am trying to share data between 2 machines. When I go to OPEN COMPANY I can get the other machine to see the shared Drive and Data file, BUT, the window does not show a Company Name. How can I get it to SEE the Company Name on the other machine?

You may be looking too deep. Peachtree reads the name of each company found in the folders adjacent to the folder being selected to read from. An example - read C:\..\Peachtree\Company\ see company located in folders C:\..\Peachtree\Company\BCS, C:\..\Peachtree\Company\!PDG, C:\..\Peachtree\Company\MyComp etc. If you attempt to read from within the actual company folder, then you will see only a blank listing.
